This place has a lot of work to do. There's a lot of toxic masculinity, disrespect, inappropriate jokes (racist, sexist, etc.), and the men are definitely treated differently than women.

Treat women as if they are just as valuable as men. Treat us like people instead of interchangeable work drones. Respect our time, comfort and opinions like you do the men's.

If you’re want to be used for your feminine body for the guest’s satisfaction, by all means. It felt as if only men worked in the back and the women worked in the front, with few working in both places. Those few were friends of the operator, however, so don’t feel you might be special.

If you have a family, then this is not the place to work. At least in my case and particular store manager.

A variety of opportunities are available for management as long as you stay with the company for awhile. As long as you are reliable and willing to serve your customers, there is no problem getting ahead in the company.
