While the pay is lousy, the vision, dental, and 401 K are excellent benefits. “Older” women are skipped over for younger women when opportunity for promotion or advancement arise, which is their loss since the millennial crowd does not have the same sense of job loyalty.

    Maybe. If you are a student (I'm in college) then no. If you are applying here simply because you need a job then probably not. If you need a long term high paying job or career then yes. But they do not work with school schedules.

A lot of time is spent on your feet. While the other employees tend to respect the women in the workplace, the customers will assume that a woman might not know as much or be capable of heavier lifting work.
