Don't work here, you will be treated extremely unfairly and feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The turn over rate is so high because they are short staffed and make people work horrible hours, and go to pointless mandatory meetings at 7am when they don't work until 10am. Not understanding when it comes to family emergencies, sicknesses, deaths in family, weather conditions, doctors appointments, nothing. Having no work life balance is the only way to get through this job.

Not sexually harass women and then actively work to cover it up and withhold pay. Also, making the victim transfer hours away from their home with no compensation all while interviewing the perpetrator for a promotion. All while having the women of the company work to find out what the victim was saying in order to begin the cover up and loss of evidence.

If this company still existed, I would not recommend it at all, unless you have absolutely no other obligations in life except work.

Some departments have work from home. We used to have 4 10s and more flexible hours. They are good for time off policies.
  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    10 paid / unpaid

8 weeks disability, 2 weeks full pay (you could up to a year, benefit also for adoptive parents and not just mothers). Now the benefit has increased a lot.

They do not have paid maternity leave and the pay rates are awful. They want a lot of work from you for a very little amount of money.

There are no annual reviews. You don't get a raise unless you get a promotion. Maternity leave is unpaid- and I believe it's only six weeks.
