Be careful of accepting a part time position if you really want full time. Extremely difficult to find full time opportunities.

That I am encouraged and empowered to do my own role by two strong female leaders. My male peers treat me with respect and as their equal. I feel I have the same opportunities as my male colleagues.

Great benefits. Super corporate so there are alot of politics involved. Its not a terrible place to work but has gone downhill over the years. It just keeps getting more and more corporate and strict.

Depends on your department. Large departments have more flexibility. Its hard to RTO much if you work in a small department. You are pretty much required to work weekends, with it being food retail.
