The flexibility is great. Feedback is heard is you feel something is unfair. There are special programs to promote women and minorities.

Crowe has a “work where you want” policy, allowing employees to choose the best place to work for them for that day, within reasonable limits given contact with clients.

Overall, Capital One treats women well. Things like mansplaining happen pretty rarely here as everyone is smart and expects others to be smart. In my job family in particular, there is a serious lack of women and it's getting worse. Some individual leaders care a lot and are trying to fix, but overall, and especially from HR leaders, diversity doesn't seem to be as much as a priority as getting in the best talent.

I haven't seen anything but extremely flexible managers at Capital One. Many have families themselves and work-life balance is a priority. Happy employees are more productive and we live that motto as much as we can.

Pretty good place to work as a woman. No explicit sexsim, and management has just anounced that they will start initiatives to counter unconcious bias. Hours are reasonably flexible.
