As long as your partner can take care of anything at home it would be fine to work here. They have zero flexibility and routinely transfer you to offices that are an hour and a half away from each other. You work 50+ hour work weeks and they often play favorites with the men for promotion. There is only two women out of fifteen in upper management.

Be prepared to work as hard as the men at work, but watch them advance through assignments and promotions if you take any time off for maternity leave or change assignments to limit courtroom time.

The "paid" weeks are sick time (up to 8 weeks allowed) and the rest is accumulated vacation. If you do not have any sick or vacation time (for instance you are a newer employee or you used your vacation time on say, vacation, you are SOL.)

Improve my benefits (e.g. medical, maternity)

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I believe women who choose to have children suffer through pay and promotions.
