In my current department, women almost rule. However, this is not the case for engineers and I think my department could do a lot more to fix the problems in others.

Its manageable to work with FIdelity but the process & ownership delegation had gone way down blocks. Coordination between departments stands nil. Any mail you send, goes to zillion ppl's inbox and is FYI's /FYA'd before someone at senior level puts their authoritative nose into it!!

Women are well respected. They have an unlimited vacation policy and flex Fridays during the summer so that employees have more time with their families.
