That you can truly have a work-life balance. That of course depends on your job role and manager, but in general you are evaluated on your performance and not how many hours you are in the office, that access to remote working is a gift!

This review is for the Nigerian practice, not the US one. Partnership & Management is male dominated. Women are hindered by maternity leave and the benefits that come with it (like closing early). Also, wanting to spend time with family and trying to have a work-life balance is not encouraged. This is evident in the number of female partners with children (some are still single in their 40's).

Maybe. If they are aware of the cons and are willing to take a risk, it could pay off but maybe at severe personal cost.
