Depending on the project, we have to work massive overtime. There is not much flexibility.

There is flexibility with your schedule for jobs that I have had within ADP. I wish there was comp time given when working longer than normal hours in a salaried position.

Women are consistently promoted as long as you report to a 'hub' those who work from home are rarely promoted.

Improve paying back opportunities. Promoting more associates who are interested in leadership who may not have the direct hands on experience, yet have the great potential and people experience to learn to be a great leader.

I feel like the company states they are flexible but I don't really see it. I feel they could improve on work-life balance and less face time with increasing compensation since people who are doing similar roles are not getting paid equally.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I would recommend my current employer however ive had some bad experiences here so I would encourage one to try it at least maybe their path is different than mine. Regardless, one has nothing to lose ~ only to gain. But than again I wouldn't want to recommend a company in which I myself have some bad experiences. Thoughts?
