Great place to work. Wish there was more feedback from management on work performance.

Sexual harassment and gender discrimination is rampant and management is part of the problem. HR is not helpful and you'll likely just have to quit if you experience these issues.

6 mo paid maternity leave since Cisco acquired AppDynamics!! Cisco gets it- but AppD very much has that male start up feel to it and it's an extremely YOUNG office that hasn't had to deal with gender bias/family people yet.

They're actively having a conversation about a WFH policy for the Dallas office since all other office locations do this.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Totally depends on your manager. The majority of leaders in the Dallas office (with one exception) are men, who either have no children, or who's wives stay at home. They have a hard time understanding women as mothers-- there are only 5 women who have children/are pregnant in the office, so they don't understand that you have to take a sick day/WFH when a child is sick because no one is at home with them. Very "Bro Club".
