Lcsw-R/Senior Field Care Advocate Job Reviews
Lcsw-R/Senior Field Care Advocate, Healthcare
Upper management works long hours and a great deal is demanded of them. I've seen e-mails sent as late as 11 PM, even 1 AM. There are a lot of women working in upper management at this company, but they have been working at UHC for eight, ten years if you can stick it out that long.

One Thing Employer Could Improve
Create postions (i.e. come up with the added money) to promote mid-level employees when recommended by their managers, when the position is needed and when the employee is qualified.
Recommend to Women?
Maybe. There are a lot of women in top positions at this very large company, however I have found it difficult to get a promotion.
