Although I have only worked here a short time I already feel as though Terex make an extra effort in regards to women in the work place -today for example is a celebration for International Womens Day. I am invited to all meetings and allowed to voice my opinions where this hasn't been the case in other companies.

Very male dominated and facilities not best for women on shop floor but everyone treats you with respect

I have never met as many nice people in one place as I have at Terex! Everyone I have met is friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better job or coworkers!

I have had great opportunities working here for the past 5 years which included multiple promotions and a job change. The gap between men and women still exists although it’s getting better. Working hours are extremely flexible and I’ve been able to work remotely but it’s not on a set schedule. Coworkers with family have no problem adjusting schedules to met their children’s needs.
