I’m satisfied with the nature of my work, clinical requirements, and opportunity to tune my skills at this company. Their education program is superior, and they really set the standard for care in Neuromonitoring. However, most of corporate and regional administration is comprised of males, despite females being the majority of clinical staff. Requiring PTO for maternity leave, and allowing 0 paid leave (short term disability only) is absurd considering this company is in the healthcare sector. Shame on them!
