Specifically in nursing, the management is generally not well trained. Expect male nurses to get opportunities over female nurses based on gender.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I wouldn't not recommend it because you're a woman - I would not recommend it overall to anyone, regardless of gender.

NuHeights Pediatrics

Nurse, Healthcare

This is a great pediatric practice for women to work because women hold leadership positions and support each other. Almost all of them are mothers and are extremely understandable. Hours are flexible.

You are replaceable in this institution and you are indirectly and sometimes directly confronted with that. Just remember in the end, do your best by every patient you treat. They need the best care available and we shall advocate for them without avail.
