Cisco is a large company so I'm sure it varies by department but I had the absolute worst experience of my career working at Cisco. The culture was full of rampant sexual harassment and inappropriate comments, clear sexism, coupled with a complete lack of available HR and the constant threat of retaliation. I would not recommend the specific department I worked for to ANYBODY but its possible other departments are better.

SwRI is going to lose top talent and leadership if they don't update their maternity leave benefits!
