They don't take your compensation and area where you live into consideration. The cost of living does not matter. They hire you with one set expectation and territory only to drastically change territory, compensation, and expectations annually - no security.

They refused to work with me on receiving my commission while I was on maternity leave. I had worked on these accounts for 6+ years but was cut out of a commission because I was gone for 7 weeks.

Company only rewards those who have been there 10 plus years. If you’re a female between the ages of 20-35 who’s looking to have children in the next few years, I would stay clear of this company. Refer to glassdoor reviews if you need further proof of their shady practices.

It is a family run business with the majority of owners being men. However, I do not feel that has impacted my growth potential or job opportunities.

No, i don't think they care about their human capital. They also get women for cheap and rarely agree to raises.

Constant layoffs. Most people fear they won't be around for long.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Overall a good company with flex hours and good pay. Top leadership is a boys club where everyone went to college together. I had 2 male colleagues that were there less time and got paid more- they always asked for raises and received them. When I asked, I was told it was not time for pay bumps.
