I worked breakfast, lunch, and dinner & at least 3 weekends a month, sometimes all. I missed many milestones with my first child & worked myself hard during my pregnancy with my second. I took the minimum 6 weeks but was so stressed to prove myself after the birth of my child that I made myself ill.
  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    6 paid / unpaid

Getting paid was very difficult during leave.
  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Improve my benefits (e.g. medical, maternity)

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. You must be thick skinned

First role supports a great work-life balance. Any job you hold higher than the field sales rep position will consume your life.
