If you've never heard of Anne-Marie Slaughter, she wrote a famous piece for the Atlantic called "Why Women Still Can't Have It All" that was (and still is) heavily debated by working women.
 
Her follow-up piece to that can be found here.  Its an elaboration on the same themes she wrote about in 2012, but specifically focuses on why she thinks alpha ladies have to step back and delegate at home in order to achieve more at work.
