On top of all his other royal duties, the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle's dog, Guy, has officially penned his own autobiography. It's aptly titled His Royal Dogness, Guy the Beagle: The Rebarkable True Story of Meghan Markle’s Rescue Dog.
That's right: The regal pup, who adorably sat alongside Queen Elizabeth before the royal wedding in May, is a soon-to-be-recognized literary great. And, now, none of us have an excuse not to pursue our entrepreneurial dreams.
The 48-page children's book, which follows the story of HIs Royal Dogness Guy from rags to riches or, rather, from "pawper to pawesome," is set to release on November 20. BRB, I'm going to preorder.
In case you want a sneak preview of Guy's story: The stray started out at Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Kentucky. Shortly thereafter, Markle found his page on Petfinder and sent an email that'd change his life. He was brought back to the Kensington Palace where he now lives with his brother, a black Labrador named Oz (We think Oz needs a book deal, too!).

Guy isn't the first royal pup to be published. Prince William and Kate Middleton's dog, Lupo, actually has a series of children's books out, and the Queen’s corgis have been featured in children’s books, too. But Guy is the first one to take center stage.
The next time you doubt your own abilities, just remember that Guy went from a stray in the woods of Kentucky to a published, royal author. Now that's some major inspo.
