“Often you just have to rely on your intuition.” - Bill Gates

An intuitive leader blends facts with the unknown or unexplainable to make decisions, motivate people and create growth in their businesses. Yet, you don’t need to be managing people to be an intuitive leader.

Here are 8 impactful ways to be an intuitive leader, even without managing people.

1. Make better decisions.

Relying on your intuition helps you make better decisions as you can see the bigger picture, gain objectivity and avoid conflicting emotions. Your experience, intellect, and intuitive inklings are much more effective than following others’ advice. Any tendency to people please is removed when you follow your own guidance.

2. Create calm and certainty.

Looking internally versus externally gives you space to slow down and pause a moment. When you take a few moments for quiet reflection throughout your day or week, you’re actually creating pockets of calm, and with calm, comes certainty. Letting others know you require a minute before giving an answer also creates certainty as you’re honoring your inner processing requirements. You deserve the time it takes to respond instead of reacting.

3. Follow your own unique path.

Leading with intuition allows you to fully connect to your talents and skills, building confidence in following your own direction. Recognizing the uniqueness of your offerings minimizes the noise from others in the marketplace, especially other’s success methods that most likely won’t work for you anyway.

4. Improve your relationships.

Using your intuition makes you more connected and engaged with yourself and others. You increase your ability to stay in the present moment, making you a better listener and more aware of what’s going on with others. Your communication improves to let your connections deepen.

5. Ask for support.

As Brene Brown says, “Clear is kind and unclear is unkind.” When you’re clear on what you’re looking for in your own life without distractions from expectations, norms, or conditioning, you know how to ask for, accept and allow support. You show up with intention, improving clarity on what you’re willing to do and not willing to do in every interaction.

6. Say YES to opportunities.

Your intuition connects to your energy and when you’re connected to your own energy, you feel confident and powerful. When opportunities arise, you can respond positively to take advantage of them rather than hearing a negative talk tape in your head. Your intuition wants you to grow while your mind wants to keep you safe. Your mind will always find a reason to say no. Let your intuition lead.

7. Attract your soul mate clients.

Your intuition aligns you with your purpose and your power. In this alignment, you become a magnet in the marketplace. You must notice people flock when someone is passionate and inspired about what they do. People will flock to you too when you’re passionately engaged on your own path. You’ll create rabid fans who engage with your content to walk deeper into your world and become clients.

8. Increase your prosperity.

When you align with your purpose by appreciating your unique gifts, you stand in your power. There’s nothing more hypnotic than seeing a confident intuitive leader in the marketplace. Owning your value, stating your rates, and receiving the monies becomes second nature. Once you’re in this space, you make sale after sale with confidence and ease. Your prosperity increases once you’re in the flow of your energy and intuitive leadership strengths.
