“Affirmations are very powerful because they are based on repetition,” says Antonia Medeiros, an executive life coach that specializes in feminine empowerment. “The more we remind ourselves about our strengths and [areas of focus]…the more we rewire our brain to get one step closer to where we want to be. They are, therefore, one of the necessary tools to overcome the inner obstacles to success.”
