I started out working for traditional industries in analytics and engineering essentially. I realized that I was not able to get the opportunities to grow through the companies I worked for. I specifically looked for opportunities and companies that would give me the challenge that I was looking for and landed this job with BCG.

My Fairygodboss is a principal out of Sydney. He actually interviewed me for this job. He is someone that I feel connected to based off of technical work and his work experience. I ask him for advice about cases that I am on and he is always responsive. I also ask him for advice about other opportunities and network, and he always responds immediately and is willing to listen and give advice.

I love the flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from home or another office in a city that I would be visiting at the time. It makes working for BCG more enjoyable. I also like the fact that you are responsible for your own success and progress. If you see an opportunity that you want to seize, you will get the support that you need.
