The Anthem Future Moms program is a voluntary program to help new moms take care of their babies before delivery, providing access to a registered nurse 24/7 to answer any questions they may have, educational materials and useful tools to help track their pregnancies.

CNH Industrial is home to three employee resource groups (ERGs), with more on the way. These three groups are iGLOW (Inclusivity, Growth, Leadership, Opportunity for Women), Military Vets for CNH, and PRIDE (Professionals Respecting Individuals’ Diversity and Equity).
