‘I Love My Job’: Creating a ‘Bright Financial Future’ for Hispanic Families and Generations to Come

Welcome to I Love My Job, the series where we hear from women who really love their jobs. In this edition, we sat down with Soraya Molina, a Sales Manager at Achieve — a company with truly “incredible” support, Molina says.

Molina notes that not only has the company helped her grow her career, they also helped her achieve her “vision of success for a Hispanic community.” For instance, earlier in her journey with the company, she was empowered to create one bilingual team, which quickly grew into two teams. 

And, now, Molina tells us that she’s proud to have created a bilingual division for Achieve! “We get to help the Hispanic community by setting them up and helping them understand how to find financial success,” explains Molina. “We create a bright financial future for their families and their generations to come.”

How long have you been at Achieve, and what has your career journey been like?

I've been here for close to 11 years. My journey here at Achieve started as a Debt Consultant. I was very successful and loved doing that. Then, I moved into a unit manager position where I was able to manage my own team. From there, I was able to move to a Sales Manager position, where I now manage four different teams. 

Can you describe the culture at Achieve?

At Achieve, we have a diverse, fun, and inclusive family environment. Although it's a big corporation, we have managed to make it feel like a small company where you matter as an individual, and you'll know you're a contributor to the success of the company. We genuinely care for each one of our employees, and that's what sets us apart from any other company out there.

What is your favorite thing about working at Achieve?

I love Achieve because it provides me with work-life balance. Everyone here touches your life in different ways, whether it's to help support your career success or to create amazing friendships with bonds that will never be taken away.

As a matter of fact, I was just the bridesmaid of one of my best friends who I met here at Achieve.

What advice do you have for other women looking to work at Achieve?

Don’t let any obstacle get in your way. Don't be afraid to go for it. We are a company that's very inclusive, big, and diverse, no matter what your gender is. And we're always working for strong women like yourself, so don't be afraid to come and join our team.
