How Leaders at ADP, United Technologies and Cognizant Reach More Female Candidates

We know this: Companies that are more diverse are also more successful. In fact, according to Deloitte, organizations with inclusive cultures are six times more likely to innovate and eight times more likely to achieve better business outcomes. That’s a lot. 

When it comes to gender diversity in the workplace though, we are far from where we need to be. At the current rate of change, data from McKinsey suggests that it will take over 200 years to bring about gender parity at work.
