This includes 6 weeks of parental leave at 100% of pay; employer-paid short-term disability leave through our insurance carrier, Sunlife. Sunlife will provide up to 13 weeks of short-term leave, if eligible, paid at 60% of weekly salary to a max of $1,500. Pear offsets the disability by paying the remainder in order to achieve 100% salary for the duration of the short-term leave.

• Parental Leave: Pear Therapeutics provides up to six weeks of company-paid parental leave. Our paid leave can not only run concurrent with FMLA but could, if eligible, couple with state-mandated paid leaves, leading up to (and possibly more than) 12 weeks of paid leave.
