Training Future Leaders, This Branch Manager Is Making an Impact

When Haley Goodrum joined Enterprise Mobility, she was drawn by the potential for career growth and was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of opportunities. “I chose to work here because of the opportunity,” she says. “I knew there was an opportunity to grow a career; however, I had no idea how endless those opportunities really were.”

Please tell us a little bit about your role at Enterprise Mobility.

I’m a branch manager. My role is to train and develop the future leaders of our organization, from logistics to financials, and manage my team. 

What’s been your biggest accomplishment in your time at Enterprise Mobility?

It brings me so much joy when I get a phone call from someone saying, “Hey, I handled this situation, and I felt like the way I handled it was the same way you handled it.” I get the greatest sense of pride when it’s like, yeah, you did that. Yes, I taught you, but you did it all on your own. You're paving your own way, and I was just a part of it.

What type of individuals are most successful at Enterprise Mobility? 

The most successful individuals have an entrepreneurial spirit, are driven, and have a great work ethic. 

What would you tell someone looking to join your team? 

Regardless of your background, we will coach, train, and develop the skills you need to run your business successfully. 

What excites you about your future at Enterprise Mobility?

Enterprise Mobility’s benefits have given me the opportunity to start a family. With the fertility benefits, my wife and I were able to have a lifeline, someone to call to help guide us through that process. 

Also, being part of our female leadership groups is a way of providing support and guidance. It’s great to see those who are up and coming and eager to learn and grow their careers, and it’s great that they have the opportunity to look around the room and see how surrounded they are by the leadership. My hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and it feels good to know that it is not only paying off for me but also helping to impact the organization.
