I’m a branch manager. My role is to train and develop the future leaders of our organization, from logistics to financials, and manage my team.
It brings me so much joy when I get a phone call from someone saying, “Hey, I handled this situation, and I felt like the way I handled it was the same way you handled it.” I get the greatest sense of pride when it’s like, yeah, you did that. Yes, I taught you, but you did it all on your own. You're paving your own way, and I was just a part of it.
The most successful individuals have an entrepreneurial spirit, are driven, and have a great work ethic.

Enterprise Mobility’s benefits have given me the opportunity to start a family. With the fertility benefits, my wife and I were able to have a lifeline, someone to call to help guide us through that process.
Also, being part of our female leadership groups is a way of providing support and guidance.
