Natasha Kapoor — Team Leader, Technology at Quicken Loans — has learned the delicate balance many women are looking for. She’s mastered climbing the career ladder in the male-dominated tech field while still having time to dedicate to her family life (and watching Game of Thrones). How’d she achieve this success? She credits Quicken Loans’ flexibility and care for its employee’s development, along with some good advice she’s gotten along the way.
We talked to Kapoor about work-life balance, leading a successful team and the key to clear communication. Then, Kapoor shared her best advice for working moms heading into a stressful interview.
