Need**
- Minimum age of 23
- 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
- Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
- Has not ever been disqualified to drive
- Can successfully complete a DOT road test
- PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years. Any score above 10 will require approval from the 48forty Solutions Team
- No more than 2 MINOR moving violations in the past 3 years
- No convictions for any MAJOR offenses in any type of vehicle including leaving the scene of an accident, excessive speeding conviction (15 mph or more above speed limit), following too close, erractic lane changing, license suspension
- No criminal convictions in the last 10 years
- Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
