main, as well as the maintenance of the current code base for it. Your work will focus on two main areas: providing self-service abilities for members and automating Care Advocate tasks. Both play a crucial role in the effective and efficient work that is needed to provide critical services to our members. You will also have the opportunity to develop other essential services, such as an appointment scheduling system, to support our contact center needs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, and the team, you will leverage AWS cloud technologies to translate requirements into efficient and innovative software solutions.
A day in the life...
Understand business requirements and the scope of enhancements
Effectively design, architect, and plan the delivery of the proposed enhancements and maintenance using serverless architecture leveraging AWS lambda functions written in Python
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time with high-quality
Demonstrate creative, technical, and analytical skills
What we are looking for...
Full stack engineer with solid experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable microservice solutions
High proficiency in at least one OOP language such as Java/Python
Previous hands-on working experience with AWS, specifically: Lambda , DynamoDB, SNS & SQS
Experience with AWS Amazon Connect is a huge plus.
Exposure to SalesForce is a plus.
Experience and/or willingness to work in a highly agile, collaborative, innovative, flexible environment embracing modern DevOps culture
Motivated, detail-oriented quick learner who is not afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and can grasp complex challenges
Respectful collaborator and team player
