Total Compensation: $80,000- $85,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs + Incentives)
What you'll do:
Learn to Close: Develop your sales skills to influence and guide prospects through the loan application process, aiming to facilitate the sale within 1–2 calls.
Master the Pipeline: Manage a pipeline of active transactions, learning how to collect documents and move applications through underwriting with speed and precision.
Connect with Purpose: Contact a high volume of warm leads via phone and email to identify customer pain points and explain how our personal loan product provides relief.
Exceed Growth Targets: Hit daily and weekly activity metrics designed to build your skills and maximize your bonus potential.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Foundational Experience: 1+ years of recent experience in an inside sales position or similar fast-paced call center environment (Cellular sales, retention, collections, etc.)
The "Hustle" Mentality: You are highly motivated by a commission-driven environment and are looking for a role where your paycheck reflects your effort.
Coachability: An eagerness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve your sales pitch.
Tech Literacy: Ability to learn CRM tools like Salesforce quickly while maintaining a professional, high-energy conversation.
Flexibility: Ability to come into the office for a duration of training.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
