Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in lending operations, financial services, loan servicing, or a related operational environment
1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
Strong understanding of operational workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics
Proven ability to monitor team performance, manage daily workflows, and ensure operational deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
Experience developing employees through coaching, side-by-side training, performance feedback, and team development initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate expectations, updates, and operational insights
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
