    • Assist with the execution and QA of lifecycle campaigns across channels including email, SMS, push, web, video, and more.

    • Review and maintain marketing and communications materials to ensure alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards.

    • Coordinate day-to-day project planning, execution, and tracking for lifecycle marketing initiatives that support brand, compliance, and broader organizational priorities.

    • Manage the inventory and documentation of lifecycle marketing materials; support compliance and audit requests.

    • Own and maintain reference materials that support customer communications and lifecycle planning, including journey maps, communication flows, consumer-facing materials, and campaign documentation.

    • Design and document key Lifecycle Marketing team processes, including writing standard operating procedures (SOPs); identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to drive clarity, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

    • Provide support for additional projects, campaign execution, and team operations as assigned.

    Qualifications

    What you'll bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Enthusiastic self-starter with up to 2 years of relevant experience, eager to grow.

    • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

    • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.

    • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong proofreading ability.

    • Proficient with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Google Workspace. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and marketing automation and/or analytics tools is a plus.
