Automated Decisioning & Integration: Collaborate with the Lead Qualification and Decisioning teams to ensure real-time automated underwriting and risk-appropriate pricing are integrated into the TPO workflow to maximize conversion and speed-to-fund.
Channel Growth & Optimization: Take accountability for critical channel metrics, including partner onboarding speed, pull-through rates, and loan origination volume. Identify friction points in the broker journey and iterate rapidly to resolve them.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub between Engineering, Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting & Ops, Risk, and Compliance. You will translate complex mortgage industry requirements into scalable technical specifications.
External Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key third-party technology collaborators (e.g., LOS/POS vendors) to ensure Achieve's products are prioritized and deeply integrated into their ecosystems.
