Performance Optimization: Analyze enrollment, Quality Assurance, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities that inform coaching strategies executed by senior leadership.
Resource Development: Use QA/compliance insights to recommend enhancements to training programs and resources in partnership with Learning & Development.
Collaboration: Collaborate with trainers to ensure effective onboarding and training delivery, and with coordinators to maintain consistent focus on Quality Assurance and compliance.
Leadership Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align on insights and performance opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and improve partner experience through enablement practices.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance through insights and enablement programs; strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Experience: Background in sales training, sales enablement, quality assurance, or compliance enablement required; direct sales experience preferred.
Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with AI-driven Quality Assurance and compliance tools required.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 75%.
