What you'll do:
Develop and ensure effective application of the company's compensation programs and practices to internal client groups, HRBP's, management, employees & Talent Acquisition team.
Develop analytics of our current compensation structures and proposed updates or changes. This includes but is not limited to data analysis, forecasting, modeling, and dashboards.
Partner closely with Finance to ensure proper oversight of cash and equity spend, aligned with budget and leadership expectations.
Serve as a key resource in the configuration and deployment of a new Compensation Administration tool.
Manage company Short Term Incentive plans. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of merit Increases & bonus programs.
Lead market assessments to evaluate jobs, competitiveness of target incentives, pay mix and total target cash. Present business case for any recommended changes.
Develop analytical tools and education resources to support organization leaders.
Support administration of our equity program including maintenance of the system of record, equity modeling, process/approvals, and equity grant planning processes.
Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
Actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
Lead of compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
6+ years of professional experience in compensation
Advanced level of Excel and other similar data platforms
Experience with Compensation Administration tools such as Oracle and ADP
Experience administering or supporting equity programs
Experience with Radford Compensation Database
Experience developing, administering, and building compensation programs and processes
Project management experience a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home in the following states:
Salary Range: $70,000 to $110,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
