    We seek a strong leader to oversee our partnerships to deliver awareness and customer acquisition programs across Achieve's product solutions. Today, we have relationships with key consumer financial services companies such as LendingTree, Credit Karma, NerdWallet and others and we have growth opportunities to develop deeper relationships with these partners to drive better brand building and customer acquisition through enhanced targeting, creative, and end-to-end customer experiences. You will do this by working closely with our partners to understand their business objectives and customer insights, using data to inform strategies and tactics, structuring our relationships to foster investment and mutual focus, and develop deep connections with partners to grow our relationships.

    What you'll do:

    In this role, you will manage key financial services partners to grow our collective relationships to drive customer awareness, engagement, and acquisition.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Oversee and drive growth in partner channel through expanding and deepening relationships with key partners, improving targeting and messaging to drive more awareness and engagement, and collaborating with product organizations on both sides to develop more seamless and consumer-focused end-to-end experiences

    • Own the ongoing positioning of Achieve with key influencers in these partner organizations including mapping the org structure, identifying the key influencers, developing and deepening those relationships, identifying any detractors and having a strategy to handle

    • Collaborate with internal constituents to deliver content, tools, and experiences that drive partnership engagement and growth

    • Analyze key performance metrics to identify actionable opportunities to improve and grow existing partnership programs

    • Develop partnership structures and approaches to contracts / incentives that drive growth and alignment

    • Communicate results and advocate for partner channel needs internally across creative, product, analytics, etc.

    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive alignment between the two organizations and support BD opportunities with new partnerships

    • Establish appropriate rhythm of business programs, analyses, and communications that drive consistency of engagement across partnerships

    Qualifications

    The Senior Partnerships Manager will be a key leader in our Marketing organization. Our Partnerships team is responsible for important acquisition channels for Achieve, that have the potential to be an even more impactful channel for the business. This leader will drive that growth and impact.

    • You are strategic, have a bias towards action and are a self starter.

    • Team player - you can collaborate effectively across functions and inspire action by driving strong alignment and coordination

    • You are data driven, adept at mining data for hidden insights and drive curiosity around the “why” behind the “what”.

    • You are hungry, want to take risks and learn by doing!

    Candidate qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing and partnerships, ideally working with financial products

    • A proven track record of success growing businesses through partnerships and through optimization of marketing channels

    • Expertise applying partner and account management skills to drive strategic and tactical engagement with partners amongst the Partner Marketing team

    • Ability to leverage analyses and insights to drive step function growth and ongoing optimization of campaigns and programs

    • Strong business acumen coupled with solid project management skills, leadership and communication skills

    • Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    • A natural collaborator. You thrive in cross functional environments and can lead via influence to drive strong business outcomes.

    • Curiosity and creative problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously improve

    Work from home/hybrid:

    We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ & San Francisco, CA metro markets. Remote work is available in certain other locations.

    Salary Range: $150,000 to $165,000 salary + bonus + benefits.
