Performance Optimization: Use enrollment performance data to identify and drive key improvements that lead to successful client enrollments and increased partner profitability.
Onboarding and Support: Collaborate with Wholesale Sales Coordinators and Enrollment Support to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process, and subsequent ramp up, for all new partners.
Hiring, Calibration, and Coaching: Assist wholesalers in hiring through calibration feedback, and by developing new agents. Coach wholesaler managers on training and sales performance management.
Resource Development: Partner with Achieve Learning and Development to create and maintain essential training materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, preferably within the debt settlement industry, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sustained performance. Experience leading managers or senior leaders strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and engage high-performing teams. Strong understanding of sales, sales process, sales call flows and customer objections. Ability to coach, mentor and influence managers and agents.
Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
