    Position summary

    ies, developing on the candidate the capability to perform deep analysis of accounts and identifying opportunity areas in Customer Service current processes. Assigned responsibilities will permit to develop networking and communication with other areas related as: Collections, Insurance - Sales, Customer Experience Operations and GM Financial Call Center (LAO SC).

    What you need

    • Last year student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting or related fields.

    • Customer service values / orientation.

    • Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal (Desirable).

    • Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. (High Excel knowledge).

    • Teamwork and collaboration.

    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

    • Organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.

    • Data management and reporting.

    • Analytical and problem solving ability.

    What you will be doing

    • Attention and follow-up of insurance claims due to total loss (theft or material damage), unemployment or life, of the different products handled by GM Financial (E.g. Financing and Leasing).

    • Acquire experience and knowledge of processes and activities related to manage and attend GM

    • Financial Customers requirements.

    • Acquire experience and knowledge of processes and activities related to manage Customer's contracts and how related processes impact in Customer Experience.

    • Perform, develop and improve reporting related with the process assigned.

    • Direct contact with customers for case resolution.

    • Meet SLA's in Customer's requests to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

    • Active participation in special assignments.

    • Support other areas with customer or dealers related issues, administration and FAQ.
