RESPONSIBILITIES
What makes you an ideal candidate:
Architect, build, and maintain advanced ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data workflows
Design high-performance, scalable data models optimized for both operational and analytical use
Implement rigorous data quality frameworks, validation processes, and monitoring mechanisms
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions
Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning across distributed system
Strengthen data security, access controls, and governance practices within modern cloud environments
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and architectural guidance for long-term scalability
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
4-6 years of progressive experience in data engineering or a closely related field required.
Significant hands-on experience supporting large-scale, distributed data environments
Practical experience with Big Data technologies such as Databricks, Spark, or Delta Lake
0-2 years of experience with Azure or cloud-based data engineering solutions
Track record of delivering complex ETL/ELT solutions in production environments
Proven ability to optimize data models, storage layers, and compute performance
Strong background implementing data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks
Proficient with SQL, Python, and cloud-native engineering practices
Experience contributing to cross-functional projects and influencing technical decisions
