RESPONSIBILITIES
About this role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Teams Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise collaboration environment. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and user experience of Microsoft Teams-including Teams Rooms, Teams mobile application, third-party app integrations, and light support for Teams Voice-all within a high-compliance environment.
Collaboration Platform Support:
Support Intune administrators in relation to the Teams mobile app.

Documentation & Enablement:
Develop and provide reporting for Teams desktop and mobile applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you a dream candidate?
Experience and Education
Experience in IT infrastructure or unified communications roles in a large Enterprise Environment (5,000+ team members) preferred
Experience managing Microsoft Teams in a large Enterprise Environment (5,000+ team members) preferred
Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrating third-party apps into Microsoft Teams preferred
Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and basic telephony concepts preferred
Experience working in high-compliance environments with Microsoft Purview and other compliance tools preferred
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting preferred
2-4 years of relative IT experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Preferred
Limited travel may be required to support business needs
Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours including weekends/holidays, occasional overtime or split shifts may be required
