What you need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuary or related is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Certifications or special training needed: Telemarketing**,** Insurance knowledge and certifications useful
Total years and type of prior related experience:

What you will be doing
Promote the construction and documentation of all processes through BPMS methodology, includes the life cycle of insurance (quotation - issue - claims- cancelations - commissions- manage of earn premiums, and so on).
Act as a primary point of contact of insurance companies, insurance brokers and telemarketing companies with internal areas in terms of procedures and operational issues related with insurance.
Develop market strategies with insurance brokers and/or telemarketing vendors by stablishing agreements aiming to achieved goals set in the sales-plan, monitoring through KPI, sales, in-bund and out-bound metrics, and providing support to internal GMF areas in order to coordinate operations and project task as necessary to ensure the performance marketing vendor.
Monitoring the SLA and contracts with the different providers and support customer service in order to develop actions to improve the performance of the vendor according with the SLA
Support definition of Vehicle Insurance, PPI, GAP and Extended Warranty functionality in all available platforms.
Lead the Insurance products implementations (in UAT pre and post deploy)
Lead the insurance conciliation process
Support the relationship with the providers, doing the follow up of the projects and daily activities require for the business
Support the pricing revision, loss analysis and competitiveness (benchmarking) of the different products
Lead the tender processes when is required, interacting with all internal areas involved (legal, compliance, sales, finance, operations, etc)
Collaborate with the F&I team in all the training process
Support commercial team with specific campaigns to the network
Support the planning and implementation of insurance projects (end to end)
