What you need
Time Availability: 4-5 hours daily between 8am - 5pm.
To be 1 year (or more) away from graduation.
Student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting, Data science, or related fields.
Attention to details.
Customer service values / orientation.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal (Desirable).
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
Data management and reporting.
Analytical and problem solving ability.
What you will be doing
Support the implementation of a pre-defined action plan during the year, ensuring consistency and gathering of evidence to support the implementation of the action plans.
Enhance and maintain a mechanism of governance for all administrative and operational processes for managing the vendor and operations of the area.
Support with data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency in the different line of business of the area.
