RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role
The Multimedia Producer will be responsible for offering creative thinking and innovative approaches to each project and deliver ideas and solutions that make each production the best it can be. The Producer will take ownership of a project, and shepherd it from the idea stage through the post production process, and meet deadlines along the way. This position will oversee many video and multimedia projects for marketing, communication, training, sales and dealer support for North America.Candidate must have an outstanding track record in supporting and delivering quality work for clients, be a team player and a motivator, and demonstrate the ability to drive a project and get the job done to the highest degree. Outgoing, well spoken, well informed with confidence and common sense and demonstrate a serious interest in design, production trends, music, best practices, technology, and marketing.
In this role you will:
Manage multiple simultaneous video and photo projects from concept to delivery
Work with outside vendors, contractors and freelancers on executing production and post production
Maintain post production workflow and equipment
Maintain production equipment
Conduct and lead meetings with clients and team members regarding multimedia projects
Write scripts for all productions
Budget for all projects
Basic video editing and assembly
Basic camera operation
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you a dream candidate?
Familiar with styles and formats of videos that are effective in online marketing and social media
Knowledge and experience in: script writing, producing, pre-production, crewing, storyboarding
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite is preferred
Eye for great design including a strong sense of color, typography, design composition, and music
Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of post-production processes and technology
Experience in editing and packaging video content that tells a compelling story
An ability to manage a wide variety of projects and work with varying production styles
Superior client service skills and the ability to function well within a team environment
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Video/Audio Production, or related multimedia required
7+ years producing video/ multimedia projects in production/ agency/ marketing environment required
