As a Product Marketing Manager II, you'll play a key role in developing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our consumer audience. You'll lead go-to-market initiatives for products aligned with business objectives-leveraging creativity, data, and a customer-first approach.
In this role you will:
Translate organizational goals into marketing roadmaps that enhance customer experience.
Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns informed by research, testing, and analytics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across GM, GMF, and brand partners to bring ideas to life.
Partner with creative teams-writers, designers, UX experts, marketers, and operations-to deliver strong campaign performance and compelling customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you a dream candidate?
Experience in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, marketing plan development, CRM testing or account management
Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, developers, etc.
A proven track record of project execution, completing campaigns or projects on time and on budget.
Excellent prioritization, time management, organization, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-driven leader who can take initiative and carry projects from start to finish.
Ability to dive into performance measurements with teams to help optimize and find key insights.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights.
Ability to understand and explain complex issues and clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), cross-collaboration and team skills.
Ability to create and manage a roadmap of campaign features and enhancements.
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
3-5 years as a marketing manager
