Responsibilities
This role is Hybrid in Arlington, TX and requires onsite attendance 2 days per week.
JOB DUTIES
Contribute to the design of our internal platforms using Salesforce lighning design systems (SLDS)
Participates in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to continued iteration
Collaborates with technology, product and business teams for feature definition
Facilitate design-led workshops with product/scrum teams to develop user-centric solutions for product features
Deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative agile scrum environment
Practices holistic experience design
Conducts basic user testing on prototypes with real users
Collaborate with User Researchers for more complex user testing and research
Gather a deep understanding of product business requirements and technical limitations
Advocates and evangelizes user centered UX process and practices
Understanding of the business and customer behavior
Process flow and journey map creation
Present prototypes to stakeholders and effectively articulate design decisions
Uses a variety of metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience
Implement and contribute to the GMF and Salesforce design system to ensure UI and brand consistency and development
Create interactive prototypes, wireframes and mockups including page layout and navigational elements
Perform other duties as assigned
Conform with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Understanding of agile scrum principles
Experience with Software as a service (SaaS)
Intermediate knowledge using Adobe, Figma or equivalent design/prototyping software
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Advanced understanding responsive design or mobile first principles
Up to date knowledge of current industry trends and market conditions
Understanding of user research principles
Understanding of website analytics
Advanced understanding of visual design principles
Skills
Facilitate working sessions/workshops with product and scrum teams
Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces and mockups
A command of the English language
Excellent computer and typing skills
Ability to interact effectively with others
Adaptability to accommodate constantly changing priorities
Multi-tasking, constant productivity, creativity, and the ability to deal with change
Self-Motivated, and has a positive attitude, and is always looking to learn more
Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
Experience
2-4 years of experience with Product design, UX Design, or UI/Visual Design required
