Communicate technical product information to key stakeholders and leaders, including architects, software development engineers, cloud engineers and site reliability engineers.
Function as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive successful product development.
Provide input and recommendations to shape the digital payments strategy.
Lead prioritization of initiatives across channels and touchpoints, aligning experiences to achieve optimal business results.
Monitor payment and fintech services industry trends and new developments and identifying opportunities and threats to inform the GMF payments strategy.

Strong product management skills with ability to define and prioritize product feature and requirements, experience with product vision and road mapping.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, design, business)
Ability to lead and influence engineering teams.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and data driven decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple milestones and priorities along with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
Continuous learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
6-8 years experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required
2-4 years leadership experience required
Licenses
Agile Certifications required
