    Position summary

    • Lead teams in agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, review, and retrospectives.

    • Foster and contribute to our evolving product-led culture company-wide and within the platform teams.

    • Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements aligned to DPP roadmap and strategy, ensuring they are clear, concise, and testable.

    • Communicate technical product information to key stakeholders and leaders, including architects, software development engineers, cloud engineers and site reliability engineers.

    • Function as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive successful product development.

    • Provide input and recommendations to shape the digital payments strategy.

    • Lead prioritization of initiatives across channels and touchpoints, aligning experiences to achieve optimal business results.

    • Monitor payment and fintech services industry trends and new developments and identifying opportunities and threats to inform the GMF payments strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deep understanding of agile software development, engineering practices, architectures, and cloud technologies

    • Very experienced in collaborating with engineers daily, and leading teams with context rather than authority.

    • Deep passion for growth, obsessively focused on how we can grow usage and adoption of the platform.

    • Strong product management skills with ability to define and prioritize product feature and requirements, experience with product vision and road mapping.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, design, business)

    • Ability to lead and influence engineering teams.

    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and data driven decision-making skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple milestones and priorities along with strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.

    • Continuous learner and adaptable to changing priorities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    • 6-8 years experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required

    • 2-4 years leadership experience required

    Licenses

    • Agile Certifications required
