    If you're a data-driven marketer with a passion for uncovering insights and driving strategy, GM Financial has an opportunity for you.

    The Sr. Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting consumer acquisition programs and digital marketing channels by delivering actionable analysis, insights, and recommendations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, design experiments, and communicate results that influence decision-making and enhance customer experiences.

    In this role you will:

    • Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to support GM Financial's consumer acquisition and digital marketing efforts

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, establish KPIs, and ensure accurate tracking and measurement

    • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign and channel performance

    • Communicate results to internal audiences, including senior leadership, using effective data storytelling techniques

    • Identify data discrepancies and work with Integration and Developer teams to resolve issues

    • Design and manage controlled experiments (A/B, Multivariate, etc.) from start to finish

    QUALIFICATIONS

    What makes you a dream candidate?

    • In-depth understanding of statistical analysis and software (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.)

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI and/or Tableau

    • Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies (A/B testing, lift analysis, regression, etc.)

    • Strong foundation in statistics (significance testing, sampling, correlation, bias, etc.)

    • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and tools

    • Hands-on experience with Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus

    • Ability to translate marketing goals into technical and analytical applications

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and presentation abilities

    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills

    • Ability to build relationships and gain consensus across teams

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience required; 2+ years of hands-on experience with statistical analysis software required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required; Master's Degree preferred
