    As a Learning and Development Manager, you'll be driving change by expanding the impact and reach of our Global L&D portfolio with focus on our Leadership. As a true learning expert, you'll elevate how we grow and empower leaders within the business. You will enact impactful strategies to scale and refine our programs, engage leaders, and inspire them through learning initiatives. You'll be encouraged to think big, challenge, try new things, fail fast, and lead by example by demonstrating what the future of learning looks like.

    What You'll Do

    • Own our L&D core leadership offerings: strategically position and scale L&D initiatives, build best practices, enabling and empowering others to multiply L&D efforts
    • Drive and grow our leadership maturity ensuring equitable and sustainable reach of L&D initiatives across the globe
    • Develop and standardize practices at Adyen to create consistency across all areas of development for our leaders
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of related programs
    • Design new (blended) training programs based on business needs and latest learning strategies
    • Facilitate training (~20% of your time) across cultures and timezone (willingness to travel once per quarter)
    • Mentor and advise on instructional design and learning strategies
    • Be an ambassador, advocate, and role model for our learning culture going beyond our team building and connecting communities within Adyen.

    Who you are:

    • Experienced L&D professional (+8 years) including leadership development, instructional design, facilitation/training, and program management.
    • You have worked on leadership development, partnered with senior leadership and can translate business strategies to learning strategies.
    • Tech savvy and have an affinity for data with the ability to translate data for different audiences.
    • You are a strong collaborator - you easily build networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact.
    • Preference to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and an interest in the fin-tech industry.
    • Experience and ability to work at scale.
    • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
    • You are a lifelong learner
