    What you'll do

    • Own the technical relationships with Adyen's Payment Methods partners, including global networks like Visa and Mastercard, as well as local payment methods.
    • Drive end-to-end conversion improvements and enhance existing integrations by leveraging partners' system and network capabilities.
    • Act as the technical point of contact for our card acquiring rails, with a deep understanding of how specifications impact merchant processing.
    • Identify opportunities to develop tools and processes that enable scalable, efficient support for our acquiring operations.

    Who you are

    • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience at a tech or payments company, with a focus on managing Visa and Mastercard systems-preferably from an acquiring perspective.
    • You're able to structure, deliver, and communicate clear project plans across cross-functional teams that include analysts and software engineers.
    • You have a strong understanding of API integrations, payment systems, and technical solutions.
    • You're operationally excellent and driven to improve existing processes, with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail.
    • You're skilled at managing external stakeholders and influencing partners to align with Adyen's roadmap and long-term objectives.
