What You'll Do:
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards
- Gather requirements, translate into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices
- Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Identify underutilised platform features, monitor and improve user adoption
- Technical documentation
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related quantitative degree field;
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.
- Basic understanding Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs.
- Strong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with focus on user experience.
- You have demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome;.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations are a plus.
